I returned my NeuroRester to Amazon and got a refund, but my paid NeuroRester app access is still active. Can I keep using the subscription?

Yes. If you purchased a NeuroRester Wellness Pass, you can continue using your paid app access until the expiration date shown in the app.

Returning your NeuroRester device to Amazon or receiving a refund for the device does not automatically cancel or shorten your current Wellness Pass. NeuroRester Wellness Passes are purchased for a fixed term and do not renew automatically.

Once your current Wellness Pass expires, paid features, including AI Coach, will no longer be available unless you purchase a new Wellness Pass.
