Amazon says my return window is closed, but your website says you offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Can I still return it directly to you?

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible purchases made directly through the official NeuroRester website. Purchases made through Amazon are subject to the return terms applicable to that Amazon order.

If Amazon shows that your return window is closed, please do not send the product directly to NeuroRester unless you have received prior authorization from NeuroRester Support. We cannot guarantee that an Amazon purchase will be eligible for a direct return or refund outside the applicable Amazon return window.
