Amazon already refunded me, but I still have the NeuroRester device. Do I need to send it back to you?

Please check the refund confirmation and return instructions for your Amazon order. Receiving a refund does not necessarily mean that no return is required.

If Amazon requires you to return the device, please follow the return instructions, shipping label, and deadline provided for that order. If Amazon explicitly states that no return is required, you do not need to send the device back.

Please do not send the device directly to NeuroRester unless you have received prior authorization from NeuroRester Support.
