I bought NeuroRester from an Amazon seller, but the seller name isn’t NeuroRester. Is my product genuine, and is the warranty still valid?

A seller name other than NeuroRester does not necessarily mean that the product is counterfeit. However, we cannot confirm product authenticity or warranty eligibility based on the seller name alone.

Please contact NeuroRester Support at support@neurorester.com with your Amazon order number or proof of purchase, seller name, purchase date, device serial number, and photos of the product and packaging.

Our Support Team will review the information to help verify the product and determine whether it is eligible for warranty coverage under the applicable warranty terms. Valid proof of purchase is required for this review but does not, by itself, guarantee warranty coverage.
