The charging case shows a green light, but one of my modules is completely dead. Why isn't it charging?

The case's front green light means the case is fully charged, not that each module is fully charged.

Reseat the affected module in its charging slot. Make sure the contacts on the module and case are clean and dry; gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth if needed.

The module's corresponding indicator turns orange while charging and green when fully charged. A full module charge normally takes about 90 minutes.

If its indicator stays off or the module remains unresponsive after charging, contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and the module's indicator status.
