The module was fully charged, but a few hours later the case shows that it's charging again. Is the battery draining while it's inside?

It may be using battery power inside the case. If the module is CardioGyms, some units may start a scheduled session after becoming fully charged. This can cause charging to resume and the indicator to change from green to orange. This alone does not indicate a battery defect.

Adjust the automatic schedule in the app to avoid your usual charging hours. If charging repeatedly resumes when no sessions are scheduled, or battery life is noticeably shorter than usual, contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and schedule details.
