My CardioGyms starts running automatically while it's still inside the charging case. Is that normal?

Some CardioGyms units may start scheduled sessions inside the case after becoming fully charged. The factory default is one session every hour, around the clock.

You can adjust the schedule in the app to match your wearing times and avoid your usual charging hours.

If it runs outside your selected schedule, does not charge or operate properly, or you need help with the settings, contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and schedule details.
