My device has been sitting in the charging case all night, but the charging indicator is still orange. Why hasn't it turned green?

A module normally takes about 90 minutes to fully charge. Its corresponding indicator turns orange while charging and green when fully charged.

If it is CardioGyms, some units may start scheduled sessions inside the case after becoming fully charged. This uses battery power and can turn the indicator orange again. You can adjust the schedule in the app to avoid your usual charging hours.

Make sure the case has sufficient power and the module is seated correctly. If the indicator remains orange aftert charging overnight with no sessions scheduled, contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and schedule details.
