My charging case has no lights after charging, but the modules inside still seem to work. Does that mean the case is charging normally?

Not necessarily. The modules may be using their remaining battery power, so being able to use them does not confirm that the case is charging normally.

Check the USB-C connection, a 5V/1A adapter, and the power outlet. If the case still shows no lights after more than two hours of charging, disconnect it and contact support@neurorester.com with your order number.
