The charging case was working perfectly before the battery reached 0%. Now it won't respond at all when plugged in. Is this a known issue?

A fully depleted battery may cause a delay before the indicator lights up. This alone does not confirm a defect, and we cannot determine the cause from your description alone.

Check the USB-C connection, a 5V/1A adapter, and the power outlet. If there are still no lights after more than two hours of charging, disconnect the case and contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and charging time.
