My charging case ran completely out of battery. I plugged it in, but none of the indicator lights turn on. Is it broken?

Not necessarily. If the case's battery is completely depleted, its indicator may not light up immediately. The front indicator normally turns orange while charging and green when fully charged.

Check that the USB-C cable is securely connected, use a 5V/1A power adapter, and make sure the outlet works. If possible, try another cable.

If there are still no lights after more than two hours of charging, disconnect the case and contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
