My charging case was completely dead for a few days. Now I've been charging it for over two hours, but there's still no light. What should I do?

No indicator lights after more than two hours of charging is not expected. Please check the cable connection, a 5V/1A power adapter, and the power outlet.

If you have already checked these, disconnect the case from power and contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and the steps you have tried. You do not need to repeat the same checks.
