I tried a different Type-C cable and power adapter, but the charging case still shows no lights. What else can I try?

Please also confirm that the outlet works and the replacement adapter is rated at 5V/1A.

If these are correct and the case still shows no lights after more than two hours of charging, disconnect it from power. Contact support@neurorester.com with your order number and mention that you have already tried another cable and adapter.
