I'm having trouble connecting the CardioGyms module to the app. What should I do?

 Please try these steps:

1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and that the device is within 3 feet (1 meter) of your phone.
2. Check that the device is charged.
3. If it still won't connect, try restarting the device by pressing and hold the button for 10 seconds until you hear three beeps.
