It's simple! First, make sure your device is fully charged using the provided charging case and cable. For the CardioGyms module, download the "NeuroRester" app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device. The NeuroRester module for pre-sleep use does not require the app to function.
