Part 1: Important Safety and Compliance Guidelines (Must Read) 

1. General Health and Medical Disclaimer This product is a General Wellness Product, not a medical device registered with the FDA. This product and its accompanying applications are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Results may vary from person to person. If you have any known health issues, please consult your licensed physician before use. 

2. Usage Warnings 

Individuals with implanted electronic devices (such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators, cochlear implants), pregnant women, and epilepsy patients must not use this product. If you have any known health conditions, please consult a medical professional before use. 

3. Physical Safety and Lithium Battery Warnings

 ● Choking Hazard: This product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Keep away from children to prevent accidental swallowing. 

● Not Waterproof: The device is not waterproof. It is strictly prohibited to use it while showering, bathing, or swimming. Do not soak or rinse.

● Lithium Battery Safety: Do not disassemble, replace the built-in battery, or throw it into a fire. If the device becomes abnormally hot, disconnect the power immediately and stop using it. Transportation must comply with DOT lithium battery transportation regulations and IATA air transportation regulations. 

● Recycling Compliance: According to federal and state laws, disposal in household waste is prohibited. Please visit Call2Recycle dot org or call 1-800-822-8837 to find a recycling location. 

4. Radio and Safety Compliance (FCC) 

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules (FCC ID: 2BV53NR-2026). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1. This device may not cause harmful interference. 2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

 Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

Part 2: Product Overview and Technical Specifications 

1. Product Introduction

● Model: NR-2026 (NR-2026HA / NR-2026HB / NR-2026-C) NeuroRester is an innovative, around-the-clock personal relaxation and recovery system. It utilizes the patented Bioboosti® bioelectric technology (protected by US patents US 8,968,172 B2 and US 12,611,547) to assist users in reaching a relaxed state during the day and night through a non-invasive, gentle sensory experience.

Audio Prompt Instructions:

 ● NeuroRester (Ear Clip): The end prompt tone is fixed by the hardware and cannot be turned off. 

● CardioGyms (Wearable): The end prompt tone is turned off by default from the factory Paramete and can be turned on or off in the App device list.

Part 3: Usage, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting

 1. Intended Use and Wearing

 ● NeuroRester Module: For moments of fatigue or mental exhaustion, wear it in a comfortable position behind the auricle, ensuring skin contact. After washing up before bed at night, clip it behind the auricle and run it once to help the body and mind switch to a relaxed state; do not wear to sleep. 

● CardioGyms Module: Designed to provide you with a continuous relaxation experience, help cope with daytime fatigue, and accompany you throughout your sleep cycle. ○

 Daytime: Wear it on the inside of the ankle (between the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon), secured with socks or a wristband, ensuring skin contact. ○ 

Nighttime: During sleep, place it in the same position, and the device will run in the set scheduled startup mode. 

2. Charging and Cleaning Maintenance 

● Charging: Please use the standard charging cable or an FCC/UL/EC certified adapter to charge the charging case. 

Host charging time reference: When the NeuroRester (NR-2026HA) or CardioGyms (NR-2026HB) battery is completely depleted, place it in the charging case to charge; it takes about 90 minutes to fully charge. The charging case itself takes about 30 minutes to charge from empty to full via Type-C. (Note: Charging time is affected by ambient temperature and the cleanliness of the contacts. If the indicator light does not turn on for a long time, please follow the troubleshooting steps to clean the Pogo Pin contacts.) 

● Cleaning: The skin at the wearing site must be dry and undamaged. Use a soft dry cloth or a cotton pad dipped in 75% medical alcohol to wipe the device casing and charging contacts. Avoid using corrosive cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners. Ensure the device is completely dry before placing it in the charging case. 

● Storage: When not in use for a long time, store the device in the charging case and keep it in a cool, dry place. 

3. Troubleshooting

*Note: The terms "revitalization" and "relaxation" mentioned in the text describe users' subjective experiences; their effects vary among individuals and do not represent therapeutic effects for diseases. Part 4: Legal Terms, Warranty, and Privacy 

1. Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall NeuroRester Corp. and its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this product. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

2. Limited Warranty 

NeuroRester Corp. warrants that under normal use and maintenance, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. 

● Warranty Service: If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair (using new or refurbished parts) or replace the product free of charge. 

● Non-Warranty Scope: Misuse, abuse, accidents, failure to operate according to the manual; unauthorized disassembly or modification; normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or dents; inability to provide valid proof of purchase.

● Return/Exchange Shipping: For returns/exchanges within the warranty scope, shipping costs within the US are covered by NeuroRester Corp.; international users are responsible for return shipping costs. 

3. Privacy and Data Rights (CCPA/CPRA) 

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Information collected through the companion App includes: health questionnaire data, data synced from Apple Health upon user authorization (sleep, heart rate, etc.), and device usage logs.

 ● Your Rights: You have the right to know, the right to access, the right to delete (apply by emailing info at neurorester dot com, processed within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the extension, up to a maximum of 90 days in total.), and the right to restrict use (sync can be turned off in the App). 

● Our Commitment: We will never use your health data for cross-context behavioral advertising, nor will we sell it to third parties. Uninstalling the app only deletes the local cache; complete data deletion requires an email request.
