Limited Warranty

NeuroRester Corp. warrants that under normal use and maintenance, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. 

● Warranty Service: If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair (using new or refurbished parts) or replace the product free of charge.

 ● Non-Warranty Scope: Misuse, abuse, accidents, failure to operate according to the manual; unauthorized disassembly or modification; normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or dents; inability to provide valid proof of purchase.

● Return/Exchange Shipping: For returns/exchanges within the warranty scope, shipping costs within the US are covered by NeuroRester Corp.; international users are responsible for return shipping costs.
