Part 1: Important Safety and Compliance Guidelines (Must Read)

1. General Health and Medical Disclaimer 

This product is a General Wellness Product, not a medical device registered with the FDA. This product and its accompanying applications are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Results may vary from person to person. If you have any known health issues, please consult your licensed physician before use

2. Usage Warnings 

Do not use this product if you: 

● Have an implanted or body-worn electronic medical device (e.g., pacemaker, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator, neurostimulator, insulin pump, or cochlear implant); 

● Are pregnant or may be pregnant; 

● Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. If you have any medical condition, are under medical care, or are taking medication, consult a licensed physician before use. Stop use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience discomfort, dizziness, skin irritation, or any adverse reaction. Do not use on broken, irritated, or unhealthy skin. 

3. Physical Safety and Lithium Battery Warnings 

● Choking Hazard: This product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Keep away from children to prevent accidental swallowing.

 ● Not Waterproof: The device is not waterproof. It is strictly prohibited to use it while showering, bathing, or swimming. Do not soak or rinse. 

● Lithium Battery Safety: Do not disassemble, replace the built-in battery, or throw it into a fire. If the device becomes abnormally hot, disconnect the power immediately and stop using it. Transportation must comply with DOT lithium battery transportation regulations and IATA air transportation regulations. 

● Recycling Compliance: According to federal and state laws, disposal in household waste is prohibited. Please visit Call2Recycle.org or call 1-800-822-8837 to find a recycling location.

4. Radio and Safety Compliance (FCC) 

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules (FCC ID: 2BV53NR-2026). Operation is Subject to the following two conditions:

 1. This device may not cause harmful interference. 

2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: 

● Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. 

● Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. 

● Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

Audio Prompt Instructions: 

● NeuroRester (Ear Clip): The end-of-session tone is a fixed hardware feature and cannot be disabled. 

● CardioGyms (Wearable): The end-of-session beeper is OFF.

▪ Part 3: Usage, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting 

1. Intended Use and Wearing 

● NeuroRester module : 

Use behind the ear (auricle/conchal area) for a timed 16-minute session as a pause / me time / wind down cue. Do not sleep with NeuroRester worn; remove after session.

 ● CardioGyms module : 

Worn on the inner ankle during daytime as part of your routine, and moved to the wrist overnight if you choose to run the scheduled overnight cycle. Secured with sock/strap/band so the skin contact surface stays in comfortable contact. It runs automatic timed cycles—not a sleep therapy device. 

2. Charging and Cleaning Maintenance 

● Charging: Power adapter not included. Please charge the charging case using the included USB cable with a certified (UL/FCC) 5V USB adapter. 

● Device charging time reference: When the NeuroRester (NR-2026HA) or CardioGyms (NR-2026HB) battery is completely depleted, place it in the charging case to charge; it takes about 90 minutes to fully charge. The charging case itself takes about 30 minutes to charge from empty to full via Type-C. (Note: Charging time is affected by ambient temperature and the cleanliness of the contacts. If the indicator light does not turn on for a long time, please follow the troubleshooting steps to clean the Pogo Pin contacts.) 

● Cleaning: The skin at the wearing site must be dry and undamaged. Use a soft dry cloth or a cotton pad dipped in 75% medical alcohol to wipe the device casing and charging contacts. Avoid using corrosive cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners. Ensure the device is completely dry before placing it in the charging case. 

● Storage: When not in use for a long time, store the device in the charging case and keep it in a cool, dry place.

1. Limitation of Liability In no event shall NeuroR

ester Corp. and its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental,special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this product. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. *Note: The terms "revitalization " and "relaxation " mentioned in the text describe users’ subjective experiences; their effects vary among individuals and do not represent therapeutic effects for diseases.

2. Limited Warranty

 NeuroRester Corp. warrants that under normal use and maintenance, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase.

 ● Warranty Service: If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair (using new or refurbished parts) or replace the product free of charge.

 ● Non-Warranty Scope: Misuse, abuse, accidents, failure to operate according to the manual; unauthorized disassembly or modification; normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or dents; inability to provide valid proof of purchase.

 ● Return/Exchange Shipping: For returns/exchanges within the warranty scope, shipping costs within the US are covered by NeuroRester Corp.; international users are responsible for return shipping costs.
